What do you mean peanut butter and sriracha in a food processor don't make it Asian?!
thewoksoflife.com does really good authentic recipes, as well as Asian-American recipes but by actual Chinese-Americans who grew up working in a Chinese restaurant. I go here first for Chinese, Chinese-American recipes.
vietworldkitchen.com well-known Vietnamese food writer.
anniesfoodblog.com another Vietnamese food blog.
appetiteforchina.com Chinese-American food writer.
justonecookbook.com really thorough collection of Japanese recipes
iamafoodblog.com not specifically Asian-focused, but posts a lot of really unique Asian recipes (mostly Viet and Chinese) that aren't very well-known (ex. chicken tofu, Vietnamese Bo Kho)
Christine’s Recipes (she has a cookbook but if I recall correctly basically all of the recipes are on the website): https://en.christinesrecipes.com/
I loved Jet Tila’s book: 101 Asian Dishes You Need to Cook Before You Die: Discover a New World of Flavors in Authentic Recipes https://www.amazon.com/dp/1624143822/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_OrzpBbA2DP62Q
I’m stickying this post because the great list that’s already starting. A must read for everyone.
And thanks for avoiding the racial commentary - everyone poops and everyone can cook good Asian food.

These are both Malaysian recipe sites but you can find Chinese style cooking on both since that's a major ethnic group in Malaysia.
New Korean cooks: http://youtube.com/c/beautiesfoodies
Ha I feel you. For Cantonese/HK recipes my favorite YouTube channel is Mama Cheung. I believe all videos have English subtitles, and I like that the recipes are in grams.
Bob's your Uncle! https://www.youtube.com/user/bobsyouruncle1981/videos His videos are hilarious! I especially like "What if she smells?" and the one about talking to young men.
For traditional/well known Taiwanese recipes, I love Taiwan Duck. Videos accompany most, if not all, of the written recipes, and I find that many of the classic recipes are the closest in ingredients/sauce ratios to my mom's recipes.
Fuchsia Dunlop, Every Grain of Rice. She's not Asian, but it's good and authentic.
If you're into stir fry at all, I just got stir frying to the sky's edge by Grace Young and it's really great so far
What I personally do is type in the name of the recipe in Chinese on youtube. It'll usually pull up a lot of good vids.
THE SPICE TRAIL, by SANDEEP CHATTERJEE, not a blog but a book.
I love what to cook today! She's indonesian and her recipes cover south east asia, east asia, and some fusion foods.
Damn Delicious
China: The Cookbook
Thanks for the post OP! Now I have more to browse through haha
Some others have posted my go to's, but no one mentioned wantanmien yet.
Edited to add: if you're into soups
Lemongrass, Ginger, and Mint Vietnamese Cookbook by Linh Nguyen!
What's the opinion on David Chang's Momofuku cook book?
Any more with Korean recipes? I would really like to try some.
